<p>Job Description:</p> <p>Under the direction of the Business Operations Field Manager, the Business Operations Field Analyst is</p> <p>responsible for the implementation, training, daily maintenance and support of supply chain systems and tools for</p> <p>their assigned facility or entities. The position is a super-user of the supply chain systems and tools for supply</p> <p>chain operations as well as other caregivers utilizing supply chain tools at the site level. The position is detail</p> <p>oriented and works collaboratively with Supply Chain facility leadership. The Analyst applies both business</p> <p>practice and systems knowledge to provide continuous production support.</p> <p>This position is onsite at Platte Valley Medical Center</p> <p>Scope</p> <p>Provide site level operational support for supply chain systems and tools. Performs operational system</p> <p>tasks and maintenance as assigned. Under the guidance of the Supply Chain Business Operations</p> <p>Manager, may be asked to lead site implementation projects.</p> <ul> <li>Troubleshoot assigned site issues related to system functionality and data integrity. Escalates within the </li></ul> <p>Supply Chain Business Operations team as necessary.</p> <ul> <li>Collaborates with other Supply Chain Business Analysts to create documentation and training materials. </li><li>Conducts training and system process certifications. </li><li>Audits system utilization for optimization opportunities as well as compliance with standard operating </li></ul> <p>procedures.</p> <ul> <li>Coordinate data capture for mass data loads. </li><li>Recommend system improvements based on user interactions, data analysis, and expertise. </li><li>Collaborates with supply chain facility leadership. </li><li>Supply Chain systems and tools super-user. Stays current on new functionality and available </li></ul> <p>reports/dashboards.</p> <p>Minimum Qualifications</p> <p>Required</p> <p>Bachelor's degree is required</p> <p>Two (2) years experience in data management and automation, data reporting or analytics is required</p> <p>Preferred</p> <p>Five (5) years experience in healthcare, finance or supply chain is preferred</p> <p>To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
