Reconciles all daily receipts to bank deposits</p> <p>Minimum Qualifications:</p> <ol> <li>Formal Education Required: </li></ol> <p>a. High school diploma or equivalent</p> <ol start="2"> <li>Experience & Training Required: </li></ol> <p>a. Two (2) years' experience in patient accounting, preferably in cash reconciliation</p> <p>b. Working knowledge of hospital patient accounting procedures, computers, calculators, and other equipment used in the Patient Financial Services area. Diverse knowledge and experience in utilizing standardized PC software</p> <ol start="3"> <li>Other Skills, Competencies and Qualifications: </li></ol> <p>a. Working knowledge of a computer functions; uploading files, internet searches</p> <p>b. Ability to pass Word and Excel tests administered by Human Resources</p> <p>c. Ability to make good decisions and think independently.</p> <p>d. Ability to establish productive working relationships with those contacted in the course or work.</p> <p>e. Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing with those contacted in the course of work.</p> <p>f. Possess good analytical skills necessary for problem solving and account resolution.</p> <p>g. Ability to trend.</p> <p>h. Ability work well independently and in a team setting.</p> <p>i. Ability to multi-task</p> <p>j. Ability to exercises logic and reasoning to assess and resolve problems.</p> <p>k. Ability to effectively interact with populations of patients/customers with an understanding of their needs for self-respect and dignity</p> <ol start="4"> <li>Level of Physical Demands: </li></ol> <p>a.
