<p>REQUIREMENTS:</p> <ol> <li> <p>Education Level: Master's degree from an accredited college or university.</p> </li><li> <p>Experience, Skill, and Certification:</p> </li></ol> <p>Eligible for Professional Georgia Leadership Certification or Passing GAPSC</p> <p>approved Leadership Certification test required and complete GA Ethics for</p> <p>Educational Leadership Program Entry Assessment required. If obtaining a</p> <p>non-renewable certification, it must be completed within 3 years.</p> <p>Five years successful experience in education in a position requiring a Teaching or</p> <p>Service certification</p> <p>Demonstrated skills in leadership, conflict resolution, and effective communications</p> <p>necessary to work with students, staff, parents, administrators, and the community</p> <p>Demonstrated skills in classroom management</p> <p>Demonstrated skills in keeping records, managing and understanding data, and preparing</p> <p>and presenting reports</p> <p>Knowledge of federal and state laws, district policies, instructional best practices</p> <p>Preferred</p> <p>Leadership certificate in Educational Leadership</p> <p>Previous supervisory experience</p> <p>Three (3) years experience in a leadership role</p> <p>Five years of teaching experience</p>
