Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:</p> <ul> <li>Providing in-person and virtual training for district staff </li><li>Interpretation of data and creating associated reports </li><li>Presenting data and reports to component district central office staff </li><li>Moderating and coordinating a variety of support staff collegial groups and professional development </li><li>Managing vendor communications and invoice submissions across multiple partnerships </li><li>Serving as the Regional Liaison for McKinney Vento </li><li>Other duties as assigned </li></ul> <p>REQUIREMENTS:</p> <ul> <li>New York State Education Department Certification: School District Leader (SDL) or School District Administrator (SDA) </li><li>New York State Education Department Certification: School Building Leader (SBL) or School Administrator and Supervisor (SAS) is preferred </li><li>Three or more years of administrative experience </li><li>Ability to develop and sustain strong relationships with component school districts </li><li>Ability to create and execute effective professional development and training </li><li>Strong collaboration, planning and communication skills are essential </li><li>Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing </li><li>Experience with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, Teams and PowerPoint </li><li>Extensive experience with virtual meeting platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Google Meet and Zoom </li></ul> <p>SALARY: As per labor contract</p> <p>EFFECTIVE: September 1, 2025</p> <p>Non-Discrimination Statement</p> <p>The Nassau BOCES offers employment and educational opportunities without regard to age, color, creed, disability, familial status, gender, gender expression, gender identity, marital status, military/veteran status, national origin, predisposing genetic characteristics, race, religion (including religious practice and/or expression), sex (including pregnancy, childbirth, or related medical condition), sexual orientation or victim of domestic violence status.
