<p>Name of Venue: Laurel Racetrack</p> <p>Day Cleaners - Full Time - 7:00 am to 4:00 pm</p> <p>Pay Rate - Enter pay rate: $17.05</p> <p>BASIC FUNCTION</p> <p>Pritchard Sports & Entertainment Group is seeking to hire Day Cleaners. As a Day Cleaner, you will be responsible for performing General Cleaner duties during the day shift.</p> <p>ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIP</p> <p>The Day Cleaner reports to the Day Supervisor.</p> <p>SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES AND OBJECTIVES</p> <ul> <li>Cleaning, stocking and supplying designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping, cleaning restrooms. </li><li>Clean toilets with toilet brush and chemicals. </li><li>Wipe down counters, cleaning mirrors, bathroom details, making sure all assigned areas of the facility are clean. </li><li>Replenish restroom supplies, remove trash and debris from assigned work area to designated location, and re-line trash receptacles. </li><li>Wipe and disinfect all surfaces including glass as directed. </li><li>Carry out special cleaning projects. </li></ul> <p>BASIC QUALIFICATIONS</p> <ul> <li>Must be able to follow instructions from supervisor and complete all tasks effectively. </li><li>Must have a good personality, excellent cleaning skills, and be committed to providing results; TEAM PLAYER. </li><li>Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds. </li><li>Must be able to carry, push and/or pull, stoop, kneel, crouch and/or crawl. </li><li>Must be able to climb up and down a ladder. </li><li>Ability to work in hot, cold, and/or damp environments. </li><li>Reliable Transportation. </li><li>Strong time management skills and proven history of workplace punctuality. </li><li>Attention to detail and meticulous use of proper safety procedures. </li><li>Good interpersonal and communication skills. </li><li>Self-directed and motivated. </li></ul> <p>PREFERED QUALIFICATIONS</p> <ul> <li>Janitor/Cleaning experience is a plus. </li><li>Bilingual (Spanish/English) </li></ul> <p>COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS</p> <ul> <li>Opportunity for growth </li></ul> <p>Pritchard Industries participates in E-Verify.</p> <p>#LI-DNI</p>
