<p>Job Description</p> <p>Job Summary</p> <p>Provides subject matter expertise and leads the deployment and integration of clinical programs, technologies, and workflows, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and organizational goals. Acts as a liaison between clinical, technical, and administrative teams, focused on planning and executing implementations that fit existing workflows while supporting patient care and operational efficiency.</p> <p>Job Duties</p> <ul> <li>Assists with planning and execution of clinical system implementations. </li><li>Develops and executes implementation plans, timelines, and milestones. </li><li>Ensures compliance with clinical standards, regulatory requirements, organizational policies, new workflows, and technology. </li><li>Assists during implementation phases to ensure smooth adoption of new workflows and technologies. </li><li>Serves as a resource for clinical teams, addressing questions and resolving issues promptly. </li><li>Delivers post-implementation support to maintain system functionality and optimize performance. </li><li>Provides ongoing support and troubleshooting during and after implementation. </li><li>Partners with clinicians, administrators, and IT teams to ensure seamless integration of solutions. </li><li>Acts as a liaison between clinical teams and technical teams to translate requirements and feedback. </li><li>Monitors implementation progress and identify areas for improvement. </li><li>Collects and analyzes data to measure program effectiveness. </li><li>Recommends enhancements to optimize workflows and system performance. </li></ul> <p>Job Qualifications</p> <p>REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:</p> <ul> <li>At least 5 years of direct clinical, healthcare technology implementation, or program management experience, or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience. </li><li>Registered Nurse (RN) or Advanced Practice Social Worker (APSW), or Licensed Behavioral Health Clinician (MSW, LCSW). </li><li>Clinical licensure and/or certification required ONLY if required by state contract, regulation, business operating model, or state board licensing mandates. </li><li>If licensed, license must be active and unrestricted in state of practice. </li><li>Proficiency with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner, Meditech). </li><li>Strong understanding of clinical workflows and healthcare IT systems. </li><li>Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide practical solutions. </li><li>Familiarity with data analysis tools and reporting software. </li><li>Competence in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools. </li><li>Ability to collect, interpret, and analyze data to measure program effectiveness. </li><li>Skilled in identifying process gaps and recommending workflow optimizations. </li><li>Strong critical thinking for resolving implementation challenges quickly. </li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills for training and stakeholder engagement. </li><li>Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences. </li><li>Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with clinical, technical, and administrative teams. </li><li>Experience managing timelines, deliverables, and priorities in fast-paced environments. </li><li>Ability to adapt to changing requirements and maintain focus on goals. </li><li>Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality. </li><li>Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team. </li><li>Comfortable in high-pressure situations and capable of meeting deadlines. </li></ul> <p>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:</p> <ul> <li>Certified Case Manager (CCM), Certified Professional in Healthcare Management (CPHM), Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ), or other health care or management certification. </li><li>Familiarity with change management principles and process improvement methodologies. </li><li>Experience creating executive summaries and decks as well as comfort presenting to varying stakeholders and audiences, including executive leadership. </li><li>Leadership and change management experience. </li><li>Medicaid/Medicare/Duals population experience. </li><li>Six Sigma Green Belt or higher certification. </li></ul> <p>To all current Molina employees: If you are interested in applying for this position, please apply through the Internal Job Board.</p> <p>Molina Healthcare offers a competitive benefits and compensation package.
