This role is responsible for maintaining financial records, processing transactions, and assisting with reporting, reconciliation, and compliance activities. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working with numbers and accounting systems. This position will require you to work in the Corporate Headquarters office located in Overland Park, KS. This is not a remote or hybrid role.</p> <p>ESSENTIAL DUTIES</p> <ul> <li>Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions </li><li>Prepare and issue invoices, credit memos, and payment receipts </li><li>Reconcile bank statements and assist with general ledger maintenance </li><li>Maintain and update financial records, ledgers, and journals </li><li>Verify invoices, receipts, and financial data for accuracy; resolve discrepancies </li><li>Enter journal entries and ensure proper documentation of financial activities </li><li>Assist in preparing financial reports and summaries </li><li>Support month-end and year-end closing processes </li><li>Communicate with vendors and customers regarding billing and payments </li><li>Respond to internal and external financial inquiries </li><li>Assist with internal and external audits by providing required documentation </li></ul>
