<p>The opportunity</p> <p>Delaware North's Patina Group is searching for an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our enterprise HR team to provide support specific to our Disney Florida locations at Disney Springs and Epcot in Orlando, Florida. Our ideal candidate has a thorough understanding of HR policy and procedures and is an effective communicator and influencer of team members at all levels of an organization. We are eager to find an HR Manager who easily connects with people and has a detail-oriented mindset to handle the changing nature of our organization and the workforce. This role will have primary HR oversight for 8 restaurants and will be the connector between the location and our broader HR & HR Support team. If you are adept at building strong relationships and deeply knowledgeable about HR policies, compliance, and best practices, you could be a great fit for this role.</p> <p>Pay</p> <p>Minimum - Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $81,900 - $110,600 / year</p> <p>In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan.
