In this role, you will support key accounting, administrative, and reporting functions while ensuring adherence to all required standards. This opportunity is with a well-established organization known for its strong culture, excellent benefits, and long-term growth potential.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Support costing activities, investigate variances, and help improve related processes </li><li>Analyze business expenses to identify opportunities for efficiency and improvement </li><li>Assist with audits, compliance tasks, and general financial reconciliations </li><li>Contribute to process improvements, control enhancements, and ongoing operational initiatives </li><li>Help maintain a consistent financial reporting rhythm throughout the year </li><li>Prepare financial insights and metrics to support decision-making </li><li>Participate in system projects and broader organizational initiatives, including integrations or transitions* Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred) with minimum of 3 years of manufacturing accounting experience, including standard costing </li><li>Strong understanding of US GAAP with additional technical, international, and purchase accounting exposure </li><li>Advanced Excel proficiency and a strong technical/software background </li><li>Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with sharp attention to detail </li><li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing competing priorities </li><li>Process-minded, positive, and strategic thinker who can drive change and partner effectively with the business </li></ul>
