<p>Licensed Practical Nurse</p> <p>Job Summary</p> <p>Deliver comprehensive nursing care while providing leadership and collaborating closely with physicians and multidisciplinary teams. Educate patients and their families with personalized information tailored to their age, diagnosis, and comprehension level, under provider guidance.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Support providers during patient visits by preparing patients, conducting interviews, recording vital signs, and updating electronic medical records. </li><li>Keep exam rooms clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies and equipment. </li><li>Perform select clinical tests such as blood glucose checks, rapid HIV, flu, and strep tests.
