<p>This is skilled welding work at the journeyman level in metal fabrication and repair; laying out and designing the work to be done; and using acetylene and electrical welding equipment in the heating, welding, cutting, and brazing of ferrous and nonferrous metals in accordance with standard trade practice. An employee in this class must exercise a considerable degree of initiative, judgement, and ingenuity in performing day-to-day work. This position will primarily be working on Refuse Equipment, and the hours will be Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. until 3:30 p.m. There will be overtime available on Saturdays when workload dictates.</p> <p>Salary: $24.54 - $34.47 Hourly</p> <p>Close Date: 04-30-2026 (11:59 PM)</p> <p>Up to $500 per fiscal year tool allowance</p> <p>To Qualify</p> <p>Minimum Qualifications.
