<p>Job Title: Project Architect</p> <p>Job Description</p> <p>We are seeking an experienced Project Architect to join our team, specializing in data center and mission-critical environments. In this role, you will collaborate with multidisciplinary design teams, clients, and contractors across the United States to deliver high-performance architectural solutions that meet the rigorous demands of technical facilities.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Apply strong technical design knowledge, design management skills, and digital technologies tailored to Data Centers and Technical Facilities. </li><li>Lead owner/client meetings and internal team discussions; participate in code compliance reviews with governing authorities. </li><li>Manage and execute project design activities, producing detailed construction documents. </li><li>Review architectural drawings for potential conflicts with other disciplines and coordinate resolutions. </li><li>Conduct quality assurance/quality control reviews, including cross-disciplinary technical evaluations. </li><li>Develop, write, and edit architectural specifications. </li><li>Coordinate and support response efforts for addenda, RFIs, CPRs, and change orders. </li><li>Incorporate approved revisions into project documentation. </li><li>Provide construction observation and contract administration support as required. </li><li>Conduct on-site work sessions with clients, project managers, and other discipline leads. </li><li>Perform additional duties as assigned in support of project and team needs. </li></ul> <p>Essential Skills</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field. </li><li>Minimum of 5 years of professional architectural experience. </li><li>Registered Architect (RA). </li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project). </li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills. </li><li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. </li><li>Proficient in Autodesk Revit, with familiarity in related workflows and tools. </li><li>Experience producing and organizing architectural contract documents and specifications. </li><li>Strong understanding of building codes and effective planning practices. </li></ul> <p>Additional Skills & Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Prior experience in Data Center design and documentation. </li><li>Strong graphic presentation skills; proficiency with Bluebeam is preferred. </li><li>LEED accreditation or demonstrated interest in sustainable design. </li><li>U.S. Citizenship required. </li><li>Must be able to pass a governmental background check. </li><li>Preference given to candidates local to the region. </li></ul> <p>Work Environment</p> <p>Our firm is employee-owned and located in the heart of Uptown, offering a hybrid work schedule.
