<p>It's more than a job</p> <p>...</p> <p>How you create impact</p> <ul> <li>Act as a project manager throughout the tender lifecycle, ensuring effective planning, coordination, and execution of all tender-related activities </li><li>Proactively engage with stakeholders to align expectations, manage risks, and monitor progress </li><li>Collaborate closely with Key Account Managers to analyse tender requirements, identify key stakeholders, translate customer needs, and define clear objectives & strategy for the tender </li><li>Work with the pricing team to create accurate and competitive rate structures that meet customer needs, resolving any inconsistencies promptly </li><li>Act as a sales contributor by reviewing customer needs, exploring tailored solutions, and identifying opportunities to add value </li><li>Partner with Key Account Managers to evaluate tender outcomes, identify areas for improvement, and refine strategies for future opportunities </li><li>Manage the handover from tender management to implementation, ensuring all commercial aspects meet the agreed methodology and customer expectations </li><li>Ensure rate cards are up-to-date, and customer setups are precisely maintained, enabling seamless and efficient business operations </li><li>Organize and coordinate key business reviews (e.g., MBRs, QBRs, YBRs) to foster continuous customer engagement, deliver ongoing value </li><li>Promote global best practices and actively participate in initiatives and projects to ensure ongoing account success </li></ul> <p>What we would like you to bring</p> <ul> <li>Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain Management, IT, Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or equivalent working experience in a similar role </li><li>3+ years experience in solution consulting, preferrably in the supply chain industry </li><li>3+ years experience in pricing/tender management </li><li>Advanced knowledge of and experience in MS365 and Google Docs </li><li>Experience managing projects and crossfuntional collaboration in a global matrix environment </li><li>Please note this opportunity can sit in any one of our major Kuehne+Nagel offices globally, not just the locations listed in the opening </li></ul> <p>What's in it for you</p> <p>At Kuehne+Nagel we strive daily to inspire, empower, and deliver not only to our customers, but also to our colleagues. Base salary is part of a competitive total rewards package that includes health and welfare benefits, a 401k retirement savings plan, tuition reimbursement, and incentive compensation for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, skills, job location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
