This is a great opportunity to grow your accounting career within a collaborative, mission-driven real estate organization.</p> <p>What You'll Do</p> <ul> <li> <p>Prepare complete, accurate, and timely monthly financial statements and supporting reconciliations for a portfolio of 15-25 properties</p> </li><li> <p>Perform monthly bank reconciliations and assist with cash management recommendations</p> </li><li> <p>Support property teams with financial reporting, bad debt analysis, and expense control strategies</p> </li><li> <p>Assist with tax reporting including sales/use, personal property, and other required filings</p> </li><li> <p>Partner with internal teams and external auditors on year-end audits and financial reporting requirements</p> </li><li> <p>Contribute to internal audits, special projects, and process improvements</p> </li></ul> <p>What You'll Bring</p> <ul> <li> <p>Associates or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field</p> </li><li> <p>Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience</p> </li><li> <p>Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work independently</p> </li><li> <p>Experience with accounting software and advanced Excel skills</p> </li><li> <p>RealPage experience preferred</p> </li><li> <p>Property accounting or real estate experience would be a bonus!</p> </li></ul> <p>Compensation & Benefits</p> <ul> <li> <p>Base salary range of $68,000-$75,000 annually</p> </li><li> <p>Eligible for biannual discretionary bonus opportunities</p> </li><li> <p>Hybrid schedule: 3 days in-office, 2 days remote after training period</p> </li><li> <p>Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision</p> </li><li> <p>401(k) with 6% company match</p> </li><li> <p>18 days of PTO and 11.5 paid holidays</p> </li><li> <p>Paid parental leave and lifestyle spending accounts</p> </li></ul> <p>Ready to bring your accounting expertise to a team where your work directly supports thriving communities?
