<p>Kforce's client, one of Boston's most successful Real Estate companies, is in search of an Office Administrative Manager. This position offers the chance to take on high level initiatives and work closely with the leadership of the company. The ideal candidate will have the ability to deal with time sensitive issues in a timely and effective manner, while helping to streamline and make office and functional operations more efficient.</p> <p>Responsibilities: Office Operations & Administration:</p> <ul> <li>Manage day-to-day office operations, including supplies, equipment, vendor management, and facilities maintenance </li><li>Serve as the primary liaison with building management, IT providers, and office service vendors as needed </li><li>Track software licenses, professional memberships and other pertinent information </li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety requirements, and best practices </li></ul> <p>Executive & Team Support:</p> <ul> <li>Support the company's commitment to technology (Yardi, Sharepoint, Salesforce. Paychex, etc.) </li><li>Maintain company contacts in Salesforce CRM (all stakeholders: clients, tenants, lenders, investors, vendors and brokers) </li><li>Assist with preparation of letters, leasing proposals, presentations, reports, employee communications, benefits administration and meeting materials for leadership and project teams </li></ul> <p>Culture & Employee Engagement:</p> <ul> <li>Plan and coordinate office events, meetings, and team-building activities </li><li>Act as a cultural ambassador by fostering a positive, professional, and inclusive office environment </li><li>Serve as the point person for employee inquiries, ensuring strong internal communication </li></ul> <p>Human Resources:</p> <ul> <li>Assist with recruiting and onboarding processes, coordinating university hiring, scheduling interviews and welcoming new hires </li><li>Support new employee orientation and onboarding process </li><li>Work with broker and HR annually on benefits offerings and send communications throughout the year related to benefits administration* Bachelor's degree preferred, equivalent experience considered </li><li>4+ years of experience in office management, project management, executive support, or administrative roles; commercial real estate preferred </li><li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines </li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills </li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) </li><li>Experience with commercial real estate software (Yardi, Salesforce, etc.) a plus </li><li>Resourceful problem-solver with a proactive, hands-on approach </li></ul>
