Succeed. #BeHere</p> <p>Location: US:WI:MILWAUKEE at our FROEDTERT SURGERY CENTER facility.</p> <p>This job is ON - SITE.</p> <p>FTE: 1.000000</p> <p>Shift: Shift 1</p> <p>Job Summary:</p> <p>In partnership with unit leadership, is responsible for the effective and efficient leadership of the assigned surgical service(s). Participates in decision making and problem solving to assure high quality patient care and surgeon satisfaction. Demonstrates organizing and coordinating skills. As an advanced practitioner, demonstrates superior knowledge and expert practice while actively working in surgical procedures during their scheduled work hours. Serves as a role model. Assists the Surgeon, RN and the Anesthesiologist in the care of patients in the Operating Room. Assists in evaluation and acquisition of surgical equipment, instruments, implants, tissue grafts, and supplies. May participate in, or arrange for staff in-services and training on the use of new equipment.</p> <p>EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION:</p> <p>A minimum of 3 years Surgical Technologist experience is required.</p> <p>EDUCATION DESCRIPTION:</p> <p>High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Post high school education, certification or diploma required.
