<p>POSITION TITLE: Graduate Assistant for Athletics/Wrestling</p> <p>DEPARTMENT: Athletics/Wrestling</p> <p>SUPERVISOR: Head Wrestling Coach</p> <p>DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</p> <p>Responsibilities will include assisting the Head Coach in areas of practice organization, tournament transportation, program administration, fundraising, recruitment, study programs, and other duties as assigned by either the Head Coach or Athletic Director. Successful candidates should display great integrity and have a demonstrated commitment to our mission and values of learning and leadership.</p> <p>QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS</p> <ul> <li>Previous college wrestling experience </li><li>A desire to pursue a career as a wrestling coach </li><li>Strong work ethic </li><li>Must have the ability to work with Microsoft Office programs </li><li>Must be accepted into a graduate school program at Cumberland University. </li></ul> <p>EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE</p> <p>Required: Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution of higher education</p> <p>COMPENSATION</p> <p>Full tuition waiver, on-campus housing, meal plan and valuable field experience (NO STIPEND OR BOOKS)</p> <p>HOURS</p> <ul> <li>Required 20 hours a week minimum for term of graduate program </li><li>Must have flexible hours </li></ul>
