<p>Job Summary We are seeking a Fully Licensed Therapist to work as an Independent Contractor in a hybrid remote telehealth capacity This position offers flexibility in scheduling and the opportunity to work with a reputable organization in the Chicago area This position has flexibility for telehealth but MUST must reside in Illinois Qualifications Masters or Doctorate from an accredited clinical program in psychology counseling or social work Fully licensed LCPC or LCSW or Licensed Psychologist in Illinois Valid Illinois drivers license required Prior experience working with youth families or gender specific programs preferred Responsibilities Conduct individual family and group therapy sessions via telehealth Maintain accurate case documentation treatment plans and progress notes Participate in team meetings utilization reviews and crisis interventions as needed Meet billing and service hour targets while ensuring compliance with MedicaidDCFS standards Benefits Remote flexibility to work from home while serving clients Opportunity to work with an established nonprofit organization offering long term stability Per client pay model that allows for building a caseload at your own pace</p>
