<p>Position Title: Administrative Liaison</p> <p>Salary Range: Regionally Competitive</p> <p>Contract Length: Full-item, Exempt</p> <p>Immediate Supervisor: Superintendent</p> <p>Position Summary</p> <p>The Administrative Liaison to the Office of the Superintendent performs a crucial role</p> <p>in facilitating communication, coordination and administration across elementary,</p> <p>middle and high schools. The Administrative Liaison ensures that these elements</p> <p>function efficiently and effectively, bridging gaps between/within different teams and</p> <p>stakeholders. The Administrative Liaison will perform these roles under a Service</p> <p>Agreement between the School District and the Administrative Liaison.</p> <p>The following denotes an overview of the key responsibilities, qualifications and</p> <p>preferred skills of the position of an Administrative Liaison.</p> <p>Administrative Liaison Responsibilities & Duties</p> <ul> <li>Reporting to and representing the Office of the Superintendent </li><li>Serving as a liaison to stakeholders who contact the Office of the Superintendent </li><li>Facilitating communication between departments and external stakeholders as assigned on behalf of the Office of the Superintendent </li><li>Coordinating/conducting meetings, appointments, and schedules as assigned </li><li>Performing other duties as assigned </li><li>Managing and distributing incoming and outgoing correspondence as assigned </li><li>Preparing reports, presentations, and other documentation as assigned </li><li>Supporting project management activities as assigned </li><li>Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures as assigned </li><li>Handling confidential and sensitive information with discretion </li><li>Providing administrative support to the Office of the Superintendent and senior management </li><li>Attending teacher/staff meetings as assigned </li><li>Attending parent-admin conferences to assist to resolve conflicts as assigned </li><li>Attending community/school activities to represent the Office of the </li><li>Superintendent as assigned </li><li>Maintaining and organizing office records and files as assigned </li><li>Implementing and improving office procedures and systems as assigned </li><li>Substituting for absent building administrators as assigned </li></ul> <p>Administrative Liaison Qualifications & Skills</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's and/or Master's degree preferred; current/active teaching license and/or administrator's license </li><li>Previous experience as a liaison or administrative role </li><li>Strong organizational and multitasking abilities </li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills </li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team </li><li>Familiarity with office management practices </li><li>Ability to handle complex and sensitive information </li><li>Strong problem-solving skills </li><li>Proven experience as an administrator </li><li>Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks </li><li>Strong attention to detail and accuracy </li><li>Ability to maintain confidentiality </li><li>Effective communication and interpersonal skills </li><li>Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines </li><li>Experience in handling administrative and clerical tasks </li></ul>
