In this role, you will support the implementation and maintenance of health and safety programs across the organization. This position ensures regulatory compliance, assists with safety initiatives, manages documentation, and promotes a positive safety culture in the workplace.</p> <p>Denver, CO office: 1859 Jasper St, Aurora, CO 80011; Houston, TX office: 10050 West Gulf Bank Rd, Ste 215, Houston, TX 77040</p> <p>Why TAK?</p> <ul> <li>Full Time in the office M-F from 8am - 5pm </li><li>Paid Weekly </li><li>Compensation: $21 - $26 per hour, DOE </li><li>Full Benefits Package (Medical, Dental & Vision) </li><li>Paid Time Off </li><li>401(k) with Company Match! </li><li>25K Company Paid Life Insurance </li><li>Independent Work & Team Collaboration </li><li>Career Development & Advancement Opportunities! </li></ul> <p>The Role</p> <ul> <li>Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, incident reports, training sessions, and compliance documentation </li><li>Coordinate safety meetings, toolbox talks, and employee safety training programs </li><li>Support incident investigations by collecting data, preparing reports, and following up on corrective actions </li><li>Monitor and track safety-related metrics (e.g injury rates, near misses, audit results) </li><li>Assist in the development and distribution of safety materials and communications </li><li>Ensure documents are up to date and accessible </li><li>Work closely with supervisors and managers to identify and mitigate safety risks </li><li>May require occasional weekend or after-hours availability for emergency situations or special projects </li><li>Other items as assigned </li></ul> <p>Requirements</p> <ul> <li>2+ Years of experience in an administrative or related role </li><li>Experience in construction, telecommunications, or related environments a plus </li><li>Knowledge of relevant safety regulations and standards a plus </li><li>Proficient in Microsoft office suite </li><li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail </li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills </li><li>Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish a plus </li><li>Required use of appropriate PPE when visiting work sites </li><li>Occasional lifting up to 25 pounds </li><li>Ability to travel to multiple job location sites, up to 25% </li><li>Ability to work effectively in diverse environmental conditions including exposure to weather elements, dust, noise, and potentially hazardous materials, with appropriate protective measures </li><li>Must provide a valid government-issued photo ID for verification; a driver's license is required if the role involves driving </li><li>Passing of all pre-employment requirements (MVR, Background Check, Drug Screen) </li></ul> <p>The compensation and benefits information is accurate as of the date of this posting.
