There is some wiggle room with the hours, but latest start time would be 8am.</p> <p>This is a data analyst position at it's core. It will act as a right hand to the hiring manager. This person need to be able to focus on root cause. There will be some project management duties as well.</p> <p>Must Haves:</p> <ul> <li>Data analysis experience </li><li>Excel experience </li><li>Inventory control experience </li><li>Financial experience is a plus </li></ul> <p>A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or Finance preferred. If the candidate has no degree, they should have experience. The perfect candidate would have a degree and some experience.</p> <p>There will be 2 rounds of interviews for this position. The first interview will be a 30-minute onsite interview, with the second interview being 60 minutes.</p> <p>Main Purpose of the Position is to Work with Supply Chain leaders to provide global supply chain analytics across business units in critical areas of supply chain, for example: Inventory data, throughput time / lead time, on time delivery, logistics, warehouse and transportation spend, sales and operations planning, total supply chain optimization, etc. Key Responsibilities: Provide Functional Excellence in the area of supply chain data & KPI's. Send reports on regular basis to team; Model, analyze, interpret data/KPIs through analytics, suggest alternative methods and provide reasoning to deliver "best in class" results. Work with third party supply chain and technology companies to collect data skills Functional/Technical BS preferred in Business, Supply Chain or equivalent. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills (expert level on Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.). Financial experience a plus. APICS or Logistics certifications a plus. Minimum of two years of logistics/supply chain experience or experience in an analytical role outside of supply chain. Understanding of supply chain terminology.
