Join a global leader where innovation meets sustainability-and where our people are the foundation of everything we do.</p> <p>SALES PROFESSIONAL, NEW ENGLAND TEAM</p> <p>Location: Field coverage for NEW ENGLAND .</p> <p>Preferred home base location: BOSTON.</p> <p>Schedule: Daily territory travel with some overnight.</p> <p>Compensation: Compensation: $80-$120k (base + commission + bonus).</p> <p>We're immediately hiring for an industry-experienced (flooring or tiling installation systems) SALES PROFESSIONAL with a customer-first, solution-driven mindset to drive territory growth.</p> <p>What You'll Do</p> <ul> <li>Drive sales growth of ARDEX and Henry products across your designated territory </li><li>Generate leads, win new business, and build strong relationships with distributors, contractors, and architects </li><li>Conduct product demos, presentations, and training sessions </li><li>Provide technical support and collaborate with corporate teams to ensure exceptional customer service </li></ul> <p>Experience and Skills:</p> <p>What you'll bring to ARDEX</p> <ul> <li>Minimum 5 years of outside sales experience (flooring or tiling systems required) </li><li>Technical proficiency and familiar with architectural specifications and construction design elements </li><li>High levels of business integrity, ethics and good professional judgement </li><li>High level of energy and enthusiasm for the industry. Solution driven and customer focused </li><li>Ability to travel daily within territory (some overnight) </li><li>Valid driver's license and clean driving record </li><li>Hands-on skills for field support; able to lift up to 70 lbs. (32kg) occasionally and carry up to 55 lbs.
