We are seeking individuals who are passionate about value, dedicated to customer success, and eager to contribute to a dynamic environment that champions accessibility and connectivity for all.</p> <p>The Senior Marketing Manager will support the creative and sponsorship team across all of Verizon's Value Brands to build and manage the creative campaigns & assets in the market. This role will work on projects across in collaboration with multiple departments - Brand, Media, Go-To-Market, Field Marketing, and Consumer Insights, and external agency teams to develop best in class creative campaigns, strategies, testing scenarios, and help lead day to day creative campaign development & optimizations based on learnings from data.</p> <p>The individual suited for this role will be digitally-savvy with a strong background in brand creative, brand strategy, production - for both traditional and digital campaigns across the full marketing ecosystem. In this role you will:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Developing briefs for creative work in partnership with commercial and insights teams and lead briefing of creative agency partners.</p> </li><li> <p>Working and leading creative agency partner(s) in the development of world class creative.</p> </li><li> <p>Working with our creative agencies to deliver creative content and assets for the brands and optimize advertising campaigns to market that reflect a deep understanding of brand positioning & and strategy.</p> </li><li> <p>Developing, executing, and implementing creative marketing strategies and creative marketing campaigns that drive business goals, deliver specific gross adds, and product growth within key markets or segments.</p> </li><li> <p>Staying up to date with in-market competitive campaigns, messaging, and creative to inform creative development and decision-making.</p> </li><li> <p>Having a keen understanding of the creative & and campaign development process starting from strategy, development, execution, and measurement as well as build and manage frameworks and executive presentations.</p> </li><li> <p>Working closely with the media team and agency to develop strategic testing for creative and track messaging placements and relevant data to help drive future creative decisions.</p> </li><li> <p>Partnering with the digital media team to develop communication programs (social, digital advertising) that are consistent with the brand voice and executed within an effective media plan.</p> </li><li> <p>Crafting and delivering actionable recommendations to senior leadership through data-driven analysis and visualization for executive decision-making.</p> </li><li> <p>Overseeing and optimizing the marketing production budget and managing agency fees and retainers.</p> </li><li> <p>Being keenly aware of the brand proposition, messaging, and product proof points relevant to our audience targets and recommending what messaging should appear throughout the marketing funnel.</p> </li></ul> <p>What we're looking for...</p> <p>You'll need to have:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.</p> </li><li> <p>Six or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through one or a combination of work and/or military experience, or specialized training.</p> </li><li> <p>Experience actively working in brand marketing/account management.</p> </li><li> <p>Experience in program and/or project management.</p> </li><li> <p>Willingness to travel approximately up to 25% or less.</p> </li></ul> <p>Even better if you have one or more of the following:</p> <ul> <li> <p>An MBA or a Master of Science degree in a related field.</p> </li><li> <p>Experience in brand design and brand development.</p> </li><li> <p>Experience leading/co-leading live action productions, running multichannel campaigns, and building creative across the full marketing funnel.</p> </li><li> <p>Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, VLSS certification in Green Belt or Black Belt.</p> </li><li> <p>Experience working with external partners and/or vendors creating and delivering exceptional experiences for partners and consumers.</p> </li><li> <p>Experience working in a cross-functional team environment with changing and evolving roles and responsibilities.</p> </li><li> <p>Experience delivering exceptional communication, both written (copywriting, editing, and proofreading) and verbal, including executive presentations.</p> </li><li> <p>Driving results with minimal supervision and collaborating effectively with others.</p> </li></ul> <p>If Verizon and this role sound like a fit for you, we encourage you to apply even if you don't meet every "even better" qualification listed above.</p> <p>Where you'll be working</p> <p>In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes working from home and a minimum of three days per week in the office, which will be set by your manager. For part-timers, your coverage will vary as you may be eligible for some of these benefits depending on your individual circumstances.</p> <p>The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part-time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.</p> <p>The annual salary range for the location(s) listed on this job requisition based on a full-time schedule is: $105,000.00 - $201,000.00.</p> <p>The annual salary range for the New York location(s) listed on this job requisition based on a full-time schedule is: $115,500.00 - $201,000.00.</p>
