<p>Job Title: Flex Operator-2nd Shift</p> <p>Company: Carolina Closets'</p> <p>Location: Anderson SC (In-Person)</p> <p>Job Summary and Key Responsibilities</p> <p>We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Operator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible to help maintain production schedules while working in various departments in the shop.</p> <p>Specific areas of responsibility include (but not limited to)</p> <ul> <li>Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor. </li><li>Perform operations that involve handling heavy parts and operating or adjusting production equipment. </li><li>Switch between various production job assignments as needed. </li><li>Identify the next project on the master cut list to process being sure projects are cut by date. </li><li>Pull paperwork and identify TFL, colors required for project. </li><li>Check all parts for excess glue and cleaned before moving forward. </li><li>Attach cams with lightweight mallet them restack shelves on project cart. </li><li>Run all carts for specific jobs together. </li><li>Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures </li></ul> <p>Work Experience Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse setting is preferred. </li><li>High School Diploma or GED </li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
