<p>We are seeking a highly trusted Executive Assistant to provide executive-level administrative support in a one-on-one working relationship. This role requires exceptional integrity, discretion, and the ability to manage highly confidential information while supporting organizational leadership and governance.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Manage a complex executive calendar, travel, meetings, and expense reporting </li><li>Serve as a trusted gatekeeper to the CEO's time and priorities </li><li>Provide administrative support to other members of the Senior Leadership Team </li><li>Prepare confidential correspondence, reports, and briefing materials </li><li>Act as liaison with board members, donors, executive leadership, and stakeholders </li><li>Track executive projects, deadlines, and priorities </li><li>Serve as recording secretary for Boards and maintain corporate records </li><li>Support executive and management team meetings </li><li>Promote a culture of compliance, ethics, and integrity </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>10+ years of executive or senior administrative experience </li><li>Proven ability to handle highly confidential information with discretion </li><li>Exceptional organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills </li><li>Strong judgment, emotional maturity, and attention to detail </li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office </li></ul> <p>This is a high-trust role for a professional who values integrity, confidentiality, and executive partnership.</p> <p>These characteristics are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
