We invite you to join us as we strive to be The Most Trusted Partner for Health.</p> <p>The Manager Oncology Wellness is responsible for all administrative functions of the INTEGRIS Health Metro Wellness Center Oncology Service (ICIO, IBMC and ISMC), as well as assisting other wellness oncology departments in the INTEGRIS Health system as needed. As part of the INTEGRIS Health Cancer Institute (ICIO) management team, provides administrative oversight for pastoral care, integrative medicine and cancer support programs and services. INTEGRIS Health is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.</p> <p>The Manager Oncology Wellness responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:</p> <ul> <li>Collaborates with the ICIO management team and ISMC and IBMC Oncology Services to develop, promote and optimize the department strategies </li><li>Manages and is responsible for the financial management and strategic development of the department </li><li>Coordinates a department performance improvement program evidenced by implementing action plans that impact outcomes </li><li>Ensures compliance with standards and requirements established by regulatory agencies (to included but may not be limited to: JCAHO; CMS; OHCA; DHS; State Department of Health; OJA). </li><li>Maintains oversight of staff development and retention programs. </li><li>Implements, reviews, interprets and revises all relevant INTEGRIS Health and departmental policies and procedures </li><li>Ensures department staff are managed effectively, including hiring, training, evaluating performance and competency, and conducting disciplinary/counseling sessions as needed Reports to assigned leader. </li><li>This position may have additional or varied physical demand and/or respiratory fit test requirements. </li><li>Please consult the Physical Demands Project SharePoint site or contact Risk Management/Employee Health for additional information. Incumbent will be physically located in a cancer treatment facility and will be subjected to all the physical and environmental demands of that environment. </li><li>All applicants will receive consideration regardless of membership in any protected status as defined by applicable state or federal law, including protected veteran or disability status. </li><li>Bachelor's degree in nursing, Psychology, Social Work or related field. </li><li>Graduate degree preferred </li><li>5 years Case Management, Counseling or related work experience </li><li>Management experience preferred </li><li>Must be able to communicate effectively in English </li><li>This job requires the incumbents to operate an INTEGRIS-owned vehicle OR personal vehicle (non-INTEGRIS-owned) and therefore must have a current Oklahoma State Driver's License as well as a driving record which is acceptable to our insurance carrier </li></ul>
