<p>About the Job</p> <ul> <li>PRN Days/Nights/Weekends/Holidays </li></ul> <p>Vascular Access (VAT)/IV Therapy Team Highlights</p> <ul> <li>IV Therapy RNs don't carry a patient load and float to all units in the hospital </li><li>Some functions include: IV ultrasound, port access, dressing changes, non-tunnel line pulls upon discharge amongst others </li><li>Float between MedStar Good Samaritan & MedStar Union Memorial Hospitals </li><li>Low associate turnover </li><li>Two 12-hour shifts every 6-weeks plus weekends/holidays/days/nights </li></ul> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <p>As a Clinical Nurse, you will provide skilled, compassionate care to patients and families across a spectrum of needs-from routine to highly complex. You will assess evolving patient conditions, identify actual and potential health concerns, and develop appropriate care plans.
