This individual will assist our Account Executives & Customers with quoting, opportunity solutioning, and strong communication. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, creativity, and a strong sales mindset. Role will work closely with sales counterparts, technical teams, and industry partners to drive account growth and customer satisfaction.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Account Management & Support:</p> </li><li> <p>Serve as a point of contact for a defined portfolio of existing client accounts, addressing inquiries, providing information, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.</p> </li><li> <p>Proactively engage with clients via phone, email, and virtual meetings to build strong relationships and ensure their ongoing satisfaction with Spencer Technologies' solutions.</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborate closely with assigned Account Executives to develop and execute account strategies, identify client needs, and support the overall sales cycle.</p> </li><li> <p>Assist Account Executives in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales materials tailored to client requirements.</p> </li><li> <p>Opportunity Identification & Growth:</p> </li><li> <p>Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling Spencer Technologies' products and services within the assigned client portfolio.</p> </li><li> <p>Research and understand client business objectives and challenges to proactively recommend relevant IT solutions.</p> </li><li> <p>Qualify new leads and opportunities that emerge from existing accounts and effectively transition them to the Account Executive.</p> </li><li> <p>Sales Operations & Administration:</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, sales activities, and pipeline information within the CRM.</p> </li><li> <p>Generate sales reports and provide insights on account performance to Account Executives and sales management.</p> </li><li> <p>Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., Solutions, Support, Operations) to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.</p> </li><li> <p>Stay informed about Spencer Technologies' full range of offerings, industry trends, and competitor activities to effectively communicate value to clients.</p> </li><li> <p>Customer Service Excellence:</p> </li><li> <p>Act as an internal advocate for clients, ensuring their needs are met and concerns are addressed promptly.</p> </li><li> <p>Foster a positive and professional client experience at all touchpoints.</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>1-3+ years of experience in Sales and Account selling, preferably in B2B or technology sectors. </li><li>Familiarity with lead management and CRM tools </li><li>Excellent communication skills and attention to detail. </li><li>Strong organizational and strategic selling skills. </li><li>Problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach to sales. </li></ul> <p>Additional Notable Skills: Active listening, negotiation, presentation skills, CRM proficiency, communication (verbal and written), relationship building, problem-solving, time management, sales analytics.</p> <p>The above-mentioned job description is subject to change at the employer's discretion.</p>
