<p>About the Job</p> <p>Summary:</p> <p>This position will be performing cell mechanics of T-cells. They will organize lab work, perform measurements on murine T-cells using molecular tension probes, present her work.</p> <p>Essential Functions:</p> <p>70% - Research (10% Material preparation, 40% Lab experiments, and 20% data analysis and report writing). Prep work includes making agar plates for the lab. Lab experiments include culturing cells, making stable cell lines. We organize ourselves into research divisions with emphases on Chemical and Structural Biology, Metabolic and Systems Biology, Molecular Biology and Synthetic Biology and Biotechnology.
