This includes curricular support, evaluation, and monitoring of student performance. Travel to clinical sites is required.</p> </li><li> <p>Facilitate MLS student experiences by providing support to clinical site liaison and instructors at regional clinical affiliate sites, including incorporation of educational and clinical practices.</p> </li><li> <p>Provide leadership in student professional development and interprofessional education programs.</p> </li><li> <p>Engage in independent and collaborative scholarly activities for presentation, publication, and external funding.</p> </li><li> <p>Participate in student recruitment, advising, and mentoring.</p> </li><li> <p>Participate in the accreditation process.</p> </li><li> <p>Other duties as assigned.</p> </li></ol> <p>Required Qualifications</p> <p>Bachelor's degree in medical laboratory science or a related field, earned MLS certification, one year clinical laboratory education experience, and the demonstrated ability to communicate and work as part of a collaborative team.</p> <p>Supplemental Qualifications</p> <p>An advanced degree or near completion of an advanced degree in a related field is preferred.</p> <p>Experience in developing and teaching distance education and graduate-level coursework.</p> <p>Expertise in designing and delivering interprofessional curriculum.</p> <p>Demonstrated record of research, scholarly activity, and securing external funding.</p> <p>Active involvement and leadership in professional organizations, with an emerging regional reputation.</p>
