<p>The Die Design and Die Standards Supervisor leads the engineering, standardization, and global synchronization of die design processes. This role is responsible for ensuring the technical integrity and timely delivery of stamping tools for aluminum-intensive vehicle programs. The Supervisor manages a global network of design vendors, drives "Digital Thread" innovation, and maintains Ford's competitive edge through benchmarking and the continuous improvement of global die standards.</p> <p>We made history and now we work to transform the future - for our customers, our communities and our families.
