<p>Kforce has a client that has an opening for a full-time employment opportunity. This position will be hybrid and will require the candidate to be onsite 2-3 days a month. The pay on this role depends on the candidate's level of expertise and experience which will be deemed by the client.</p> <p>Key Tasks:</p> <ul> <li>Manage and deliver enterprise implementation projects with our largest and most strategic customers </li><li>Ensure long-term adoption for customers, support organizational change and generate business value in a short timeline </li><li>Deliver business analysis and solutions engineering - work closely with our customer champions to understand in detail the use cases and business processes, and define and implement the solutions in the client's environment </li><li>Prepare technical objectives - identify and describe key goals and provide the work processes to achieve these goals </li><li>Engage with customers and other parties to develop system design, functional and technical specifications to meet customer functionality, reporting, customization and integration requirements </li><li>Lead workshops with clients to review business processes in relation to Inventory Management </li><li>Serve as the software expert and product specialist, aiming to solve customer business challenges </li><li>Engage closely with and provide feedback to Product Management and Engineering regarding customers' unmet product needs* BS or MS degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering or other Scientific degree </li><li>10-15 years professional services/technology consulting/sales engineering experience with focus in software/IT in enterprise customers (SAP, Maximo) </li><li>5-10 years of Inventory Management and/or Materials and Reliability industry experience </li><li>Microsoft SQL skills </li><li>Experience designing/implementing enterprise-wide technology solutions, cloud services, and providing business-transformation consulting services, including strategic planning and business process re-engineering </li><li>Ability to deliver world-class services and high-impact results </li><li>Ability to balance multiple projects at any given time and stay on top of all details </li><li>Ability to facilitate and harness cross-team collaboration working with teams in-person and virtually across the globe </li><li>Strong presentation and communication skills </li><li>Enthusiastic, personable and flexible </li><li>Team player </li><li>Positive attitude and very customer-centric; always willing to put the customers' needs first </li><li>Expert knowledge of various software development process models and with procedural and object-oriented programming concepts </li><li>Knowledge of build systems and software development tools </li></ul> <p>Preferred Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>15+ years of experience in end-to-end solutioning, effort estimations, and delivery for enterprise platforms </li><li>Recent hands-on experience configuring and supporting MIO </li><li>Experience performing MIO assessments, identifying gaps, and advising on roadmap and best practices </li><li>Excellent customer service skills </li><li>Ability to learn technology quickly through instruction and self-training </li><li>Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate customer requirements, objectives, and technical IT drivers to the company's professional services, support and technical services organizations </li><li>Decisive, resourceful and innovative, with demonstrated success at developing and implementing original ideas </li></ul>
