With 22,000 clients, including 93% of the Fortune 100, and 32,000 employees across 28 countries, RRD brings the expertise, execution, and scale designed to transform customer touchpoints into meaningful moments of impact.</p> <p>Job Description</p> <ul> <li>Operate inkjet, laser, xerographic or offset duplicating printers </li><li>RIP files or review job instructions to prepare jobs for printing </li><li>Maintain daily print job production logs and daily delivery manifests </li><li>Setup, program and release jobs from print queue </li><li>May adjust image position, perforations and folds on paper </li><li>Monitor quality of job output for correctness and image quality </li><li>Order supplies such as ink, chemical solutions, blankets and rollers, paper, tabs and other items as needed. Maintain inventory levels </li><li>Other duties as asiigned. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Requires a thorough knowledge of equipment set up, adjustment, operating procedures, and a corresponding level of skill to set up, operate, and adjust the equipment </li><li>Able to set up, operate, and adjust the equipment, and in addition, diagnose, solve, and correct operating problems affecting the quality and timeliness of the service or product or function </li><li>May instruct junior level operators how to complete the required corrective adjustments </li><li>Typically, corrective adjustments performed require the operator to consider the symptom(s), possible causes and remedies </li><li>Job requires the ability to exert up to 20 to 50 lbs. of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 - 25 lbs. of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects. </li><li>Ability to overtime as necessary. </li><li>Hours: flexible as asigned. </li></ul> <p>Additional Information</p> <p>The salary range for this role at the noted RRD location is $19.19 to $28.28 / hour. Starting pay decisions are determined based on multiple factors including but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, skills, experience, certifications, proficiency, performance, shift, location, and other business needs. Typically, roles follow step progressions to a target rate or set increments over time. Depending on the role, in addition to the hourly rate of pay, the total compensation package may also include overtime, shift differential, call-in, and/or stand-by pay.
