<p>Job Description</p> <p>Overview</p> <p>Build your career with IU Health! ?We have an exciting opportunity available for a Intermediate HR Consultant to join the System Services team at our Arnett location?.</p> <p>The Intermediate HR Consultant partners with customers and collaborates with the HR team to successfully execute talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and basic compensation and benefits processes. Manages reports, organization of documentation, and other special projects as assigned. When problems are identified, analyzes solutions and provides their leader with sound recommendations for action. Supports workforce planning analysis initiatives to ensure the best recruiting strategies are in place and being executed effectively, assists leaders in selecting the best talent, and assists in addressing employee relations and performance issues as needed. Supports the implementation of system wide HR projects or initiatives such as annual performance reviews, employee engagement, and succession planning.</p> <p>At IU Health, your personal and professional growth is a top priority. We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed for you, which includes Medical-Dental-Vision, a matching 401K, PTO, tuition reimbursement program, wellness program, and more!</p> <p>Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Administration, related field, or equivalent years of experience is required.</p> <ul> <li>Requires 3-5 years of relevant Human Resources experience. </li><li>Requires experience in the execution of human resource programs. </li><li>Experience with matrix organization and complex work environment preferred. </li><li>Requires experience exhibiting professional judgment and diplomacy in handling unexpected problems and frequent interruptions. </li><li>Requires a knowledge and understanding of HR related regulations and laws (e.g. ; FLSA; COBRA; ADA; FMLA; etc.). </li><li>Requires basic proficiency in MS office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel). </li></ul>
