<p>Position Summary Ability to set up and operate a variety of multi-die headers with little to no supervision. Must be able to read blueprints, inspect parts using a variety of quality tools and gauges, and troubleshoot as needed to run quality parts to meet customer demand. THIS IS A 2nd SHIFT POSITION 3pm-11pm.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <p>Operate equipment and perform complex machine set up as required. Setup, adjust, and operate equipment as trained in a safe manner. Ability to determine tooling adjustments needed to maintain proper set-ups on multiple header sizes and types. Read and understand blueprints. Properly use gauges and other quality tools to ensure production of good parts. Perform first piece inspections, monitor the quality of all parts, and make adjustments to maintain quality standards. Perform minor preventative maintenance, complete all required tracking documents. Perform the duties required o record data for SPC, ISO/IATF 16949 documentation.</p> <p>Qualifications, Skills & Experience</p> <p>2-5 years experience running Headers-Formax Header is a plus! HSD/GED or equivalent experience Good mechanical aptitude Ability to perform basic math</p>
