Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Learn more about benefits at Google.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Lead a wide spectrum of design projects from idea and strategy through design execution, and across the full spectrum of XR devices and experiences. </li><li>Lead development of visual/content/audio language for XR and scaled frameworks such as design systems and content design strategies. </li><li>Lead UXE group, leveraging creative technology skills to create prototypes and explore product concepts. </li><li>Partner with marketing and product, develop narrative and design strategy for key XR public moments and launches. </li><li>Advocate for UX craft across Studio team and broader XR organization. </li></ul>
