<p>Job Description:</p> <p>Speech Language Pathologist Birth-to-Three (Job ID 1138)</p> <p>Reports to: Director, Birth to Three Services</p> <p>Full Time, Part Time, Per Diem options</p> <p>Annual Calendar, Flexible Schedule</p> <p>Waterbury Region</p> <p>Pay Range: varies depending on experience and employment option</p> <p>Position is open until filled / Anticipated start date is June 1, 2025</p> <p>Job Description: EdAdvance is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to deliver early intervention (Part C IDEA) services</p> <p>Major Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Home visitation with infants, toddlers, and their families </li><li>Conduct developmental screenings and/or eligibility evaluations </li><li>Collaborate with clinical team, families, and other professionals </li><li>Participate in development of the Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP) </li><li>Assist with the transition to preschool programming and other community supports </li><li>Regular and consistent attendance is considered an essential function of this position </li></ul> <p>Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:</p> <ul> <li>Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel </li><li>Ability to develop effective relationships </li><li>Excellent interpersonal skills </li></ul> <p>Qualifications/Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>CT Licensed/Certified Speech Therapist - MA/MS - CCC, SLP *(CFY candidates considered) </li><li>CT Certification 061 - CT TRB Eligible </li><li>Experience with Infants, Toddlers and Families </li><li>Service Coordination training (or willingness to obtain) </li></ul> <p>Physical Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Frequent standing, bending, kneeling and therapeutic holding as required </li><li>Must be able to perform essential functions with or without accommodations </li></ul> <p>Travel: Position requires home visitation and regional travel throughout the Waterbury area.
