<p>Overview The Repairs and Enhancements Coordinator is responsible for completing emergency repairs, smaller enhancement projects and preventative maintenance for all facilities within company in an expedited manner. The Repairs and Enhancements Coordinator oversees a wide array of scopes of work. Responsibilities Field calls from Store Managers, AM's and DVP's regarding emergency repairs and store enhancement requests Determine and prioritize requests coming in, document and save all requests and photos to system Distribute, collect and properly circulate repair request forms Determine and define proper scope and objectivesRead and interpret blueprints, surveys and site plans, understand technical aspects of construction Prepare and maintain budget and schedule based on scope of work and/or construction plans Negotiate and hire subcontractors and suppliers to perform work and order materials Provide project updates on a consistent basis with Director and provide weekly agenda of projects to Director Work closely and keep all necessary parties involved in project status and updates (Manager, AM & DVP) Manage purchase orders, contracts and invoices with subcontractors and suppliers Work with Insurance Department on accidental repairs and proper procedures for making repairs and collecting payment Qualifications Excellent written and oral communication skills Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
