We offer a competitive salary, on-call pay, and generous benefits including:</p> <ul> <li>Company Vehicle | Mobile Device | Uniforms </li><li>Meters & Test Equipment </li><li>Continuing Education | Industry Certification </li><li>401k & Profit-Sharing w/ Company Match </li><li>Paid Holidays | Vacation | PTO </li><li>Medical & Dental Benefits </li><li>Short-Term Disability | Long-Term Disability Insurance (company paid) </li><li>Life Insurance (company paid) </li></ul> <p>Summary</p> <p>The Commercial Installation Lead provides customer equipment installation of HVACR and or commercial kitchen equipment (e.g., fryers, grills, ovens, freezers).</p> <p>Details:</p> <ul> <li>Mentor, lead, and motivate team members in a safe, productive and efficient manner. </li><li>Install commercial HVACR and kitchen equipment according to manufacturer specifications. </li><li>Design, fabricate, and installs various ducts and duct fittings as required. </li><li>Communicate professionally with customer(s) and team regarding repairs and status updates. </li><li>Communicate part order(s) with branch. </li><li>Document task (parts/work orders, timesheets) accurately and on a timely basis. </li><li>Maintain service vehicle, tools, and uniforms consistent with policies and procedures. </li><li>Perform other duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>Required Education and Experience:</p> <ul> <li>Three years of installation experience with combined commercial kitchen equipment and or HVACR equipment i.e., RTUS, chillers, </li><li>Must be at least 18 years of age. </li><li>Completion of a satisfactory background check and drug screen is required </li><li>Valid Driver's License and Driving Record that aligns with our safety standards. </li></ul> <p>Skills and Abilities:</p> <ul> <li>Ability to lead and or work within a team. </li><li>Ability to work nights and weekends. </li><li>Ability to accurately diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and </li><li>Plumbing background is a plus. </li><li>Contractor, journeyman, and or HVAC certification would-be a plus. </li><li>Excellent customer service skills. </li><li>Strong attention to detail. </li></ul> <p>Working / Environmental Conditions:</p> <ul> <li>Regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds; frequently lift and/or move up to 100 pounds with assistance and lift equipment. </li><li>Extensive daily travel to work site location. </li><li>Occasional to frequent exertion in high and low temperature environments (over heated kitchens, rooftops, outdoors, etc.). </li><li>Repeated bending, twisting, stooping, kneeling, and climbing up and down ladders. </li><li>Exposure to electrical, steam, and high heat units that require extreme caution and safety equipment. </li></ul>
