This is a fast-paced, relationship-driven role where you'll work with carrier partners, coordinate shipments, and help solve problems in real time. We're hiring for an entry-level position-ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, fast-paced work, and learning the logistics industry from the ground up. If you've worked in a busy restaurant, call center, warehouse, team-based environment, or the military, your skills may translate perfectly.</p> <p>Requirements</p> <p>What You'll Do</p> <ul> <li>Make daily phone and email contact with trucking carriers to match freight to available capacity </li><li>Negotiate transportation rates and secure reliable carriers </li><li>Track and trace loads to ensure on-time pickup and delivery </li><li>Build relationships with carriers and identify opportunities to grow our network </li><li>Enter shipment updates and carrier information into our systems accurately and in real-time </li><li>Collaborate with account managers and logistics coordinators to deliver great service </li></ul> <p>What You Bring</p> <ul> <li>College education - with a focus or at least interest in business, logistics, or supply chain management </li><li>Strong communication and problem-solving skills </li><li>Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized under pressure </li><li>Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) and learning logistics systems </li><li>Friendly, team-oriented attitude and eagerness to grow </li><li>Previous logistics and TMW Suite software experience is a plus-but not required </li></ul> <p>Why Hill Bros?</p> <p>We're a family-owned company built on values like relentlessness, adaptability, and service.
