<p>Your Schedule:</p> <p>We have a 12-hour 2-2-3 schedule from 6 PM to 6 AM, which involves working every other weekend.</p> <p>What You'll Do:</p> <p>As an Electrical Maintenance Technician, you'll be the go-to expert for all electrical and electronic systems, keeping our operations running smoothly. Your key responsibilities will include:</p> <ul> <li>Diagnose and repair electrical and electronic issues </li><li>Work on process systems, utility systems, and control loops </li><li>Perform advanced troubleshooting on PLC systems </li></ul> <p>Control Systems & Programming</p> <ul> <li>Maintain PLC programming and documentation </li><li>Support control loop calibration </li><li>Adjust systems to meet design parameters </li></ul> <p>Documentation & Schematics</p> <ul> <li>Update electrical schematics and control documentation </li><li>Create training materials for operators and technicians </li></ul> <p>Technical Support</p> <ul> <li>Support operations, engineering, and maintenance teams </li><li>Lead advanced diagnostics during unexpected breakdowns </li></ul> <p>Projects</p> <ul> <li>Support emergency repairs and scheduled maintenance </li><li>Contribute to system upgrades and new procedures </li></ul> <p>What You Need</p> <p>Experience</p> <ul> <li>6+ years of experience in electronics and instrumentation or an Associate degree in a related field + relevant hands-on experience </li></ul> <p>Technical Skills</p> <ul> <li>Experience with PID control loops </li><li>Experience with AC/DC drives </li><li>Ability to read and evaluate PLC program logic </li><li>Experience with Sigma, ISO, or similar manufacturing systems (preferred) </li></ul> <p>Computer Skills</p> <ul> <li>Experience with Google Docs/Sheets or Microsoft Office </li></ul> <p>Safety</p> <ul> <li>Follow all plant safety procedures </li><li>Promote safe practices across teams </li></ul> <p>Physical Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs </li></ul> <p>All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, protected veteran status or other protected status.
