<p>To provide technical expertise and support for planning, developing, organizing and coordinating large programs/projects.</p> <p>Essential Functions</p> <ul> <li>Research, evaluate and recommend new technologies, methodologies, processes, and products to achieve major innovative improvements. </li><li>Collect, analyze, and produce financial and performance indicators and forecasts. </li><li>Provide appropriate specifications for and coordination of programs that cross department/division lines. </li><li>Perform other duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>Minimum Education</p> <p>Bachelor's Degree/equivalent in business or related quantitative discipline.</p> <p>Minimum Experience</p> <p>Five (5) years exempt experience in project/program management, product development, systems design/development or business /financial planning and analysis. Experience in the use of project management/planning software. Experience in planning major projects including development of project proposals, business cases, schedules, and financial justification.</p> <p>Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities</p> <p>Demonstrated analytical, organizational, and planning skills.</p> <p>Knowledge of standard program and financial management techniques.</p> <p>Strong human relations, leadership, and communication skills.</p> <p>Preferred Qualifications: Two (2) years of hands-on experience with SAFe, Agile, & Lean methodologies, ability to present to executive leadership, knowledge of Information Security policies & procedures, Skilled in analyzing IT systems for redundancy & total cost of ownership</p> <p>Pay Transparency: Relocation and sponsorship may be available depending on business needs. This position is located in Memphis, TN and Plano, TX and is hybrid.</p> <p>Pay: Pay range for Memphis, TN is Minimum $7,488.36 - Maximum $10,000.00.
