<p>Job Summary</p> <p>The Senior Accountant is responsible for the following:</p> <ul> <li>preparation of complex journal entries and account reconciliations as well as resolving reconciling items </li><li>establishing processes to prevent further occurrences of out of balance conditions </li><li>working with other departments to obtain proper documentation for subsidiary records and addressing reconciling items </li><li>providing their leader feedback to improve quality and accuracy of financial statements and supporting efforts to produce timely and accurate financial statements </li><li>supporting their leader by providing other staff members leadership and technical assistance when appropriate </li><li>working on a number of projects and ad-hoc requests on a routine basis. </li><li>prioritizing own work independently </li></ul> <p>#LI-AH1</p> <p>#READ</p> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Education Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree or combination of relevant education & experience may be considered in lieu of Bachelor's Degree </li></ul> <p>Experience</p> <ul> <li>Well-rounded experience as an accountant required.
