<p>Primary Job Responsibilities</p> <p>Primary responsibilities of the Housekeeper are to thoroughly clean apartments as they are vacated in a timely manner. Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to:</p> <ul> <li>Complete vacant cleans (and touch-ups) as scheduled ensuring highest quality standards in a timely manner. </li><li>Report service requests needed on apartments and common </li><li>Complete clean-up of the office, clubhouse, building common areas and facilities as scheduled by emptying trash, disinfecting the telephones, dusting, general cleaning and </li><li>Inform supervisor of supplies needed in a timely </li><li>Assist management/maintenance as </li><li>Wear required uniform and maintain an appropriate </li><li>Comply with all state/local laws and follow the company's policies and </li><li>Adhere to all safety procedures and guidelines including compliance with OSHA/Fair Housing requirements. </li><li>Responsible for assisting other employees in any apartment management </li><li>Other duties as assigned </li></ul> <p>Qualifications: Practical experience required; at least three months as housekeeper, preferably in the housing industry.
