<p>The Director of Human Resources is responsible for providing strategic leadership in the planning and execution of human resource management strategies. The role ensures the organization's HR initiatives, polices, and procedures support the company's business goals while fostering a positive work culture, enhancing employee engagement, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. The Director of HR serves as a key advisor to senior leadership on all matters related to human capital and organizational development.</p> <p>_<strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong><strong>____</strong></strong></strong></strong></strong></strong></strong></strong></strong></strong></strong></strong></strong></strong></strong></strong></strong></strong></strong></strong></strong></strong></p> <p>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Strategic Leadership:</p> </li><li> <p>Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies that align with the company's goals and values.</p> </li><li> <p>Provide input to executive management on business strategy and offer HR insights on all aspects of the business.</p> </li><li> <p>Drive organizational change management and cultural transformation initiatives.</p> </li><li> <p>Talent Acquisition and Workforce Planning:</p> </li><li> <p>Oversee talent acquisition processes to ensure the organization attracts, retains, and develops high-caliber talent.</p> </li><li> <p>Develop workforce planning strategies to meet the company's current and future talent needs.</p> </li><li> <p>Establish employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice.</p> </li><li> <p>Employee Relations and Engagement:</p> </li><li> <p>Lead initiatives to foster a positive work environment, enhance employee engagement, and promote open communication.</p> </li><li> <p>Mediate and resolve complex employee relations issues.</p> </li><li> <p>Build and maintain a culture of inclusion, teamwork and communication.</p> </li><li> <p>Performance Management:</p> </li><li> <p>Oversee the development and implementation of performance management systems that support the organization's growth and employee development.</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure that performance reviews, feedback, and career development programs are aligned with the organization's goals.</p> </li><li> <p>Compensation and Benefits:</p> </li><li> <p>Develop competitive compensation and benefits packages that are in line with market trends and the organization's financial goals.</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure equity in compensation and benefit practices across the organization.</p> </li><li> <p>Monitor the effectiveness of existing compensation policies and recommend improvements as needed.</p> </li><li> <p>401k Administration and education</p> </li><li> <p>HR Operations and Compliance:</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure HR operations are streamlined and efficient, utilizing HR technology to enhance HR service delivery.</p> </li><li> <p>Oversee compliance with labor laws, employment regulations, and internal policies.</p> </li><li> <p>Manage risk by ensuring employee health and safety standards are met and maintained.</p> </li><li> <p>Learning and Development:</p> </li><li> <p>Create and oversee employee learning, training, and development initiatives to build a high-performance workforce.</p> </li><li> <p>Implement leadership development programs to prepare high-potential employees for leadership roles.</p> </li><li> <p>HR Data Analytics and Reporting:</p> </li><li> <p>Utilize data analytics to provide insights on HR metrics, such as turnover, employee engagement, and recruitment efficiency.</p> </li><li> <p>Prepare and present regular HR reports to the executive leadership team.</p> </li><li> <p>Team Leadership and Development:</p> </li><li> <p>Lead and mentor the HR team, providing professional development opportunities.</p> </li><li> <p>Build a strong, capable HR department that can support the company's growth and culture.</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred). </li><li>SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or other HR-related certification is a plus. </li><li>Minimum of 7-10 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. </li><li>Proven experience in strategic planning and execution of HR initiatives. </li><li>Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and employee relations. </li><li>Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. </li><li>Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism. </li><li>Experience with HR data analytics, HRIS systems, and technology-driven HR processes. </li></ul> <p>Competencies:</p> <ul> <li>Leadership and influencing skills </li><li>Strong business acumen </li><li>Decision-making and problem-solving </li><li>Emotional intelligence </li><li>Strategic thinking </li><li>Conflict resolution </li></ul>
