We currently have an opportunity for a Data & Analytics Operations Manager at our Corporate Headquarters in Lake Forest, IL.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <p>Your Role:</p> <p>The Data & Analytics Operations Manager leads the end-to-end management of the company's intelligence factory - a centralized hub that transforms data into actionable insights. This role is responsible for overseeing the intake, prioritization, execution, and delivery of analytical projects that support strategic and operational decision-making across the organization. The Manager partners with business leaders, data scientists, analysts, and IT teams to ensure timely, accurate, and high-impact analytics solutions.</p> <p>You will have the opportunity to Make Great Things Happen!</p> <ul> <li>Program Leadership: Oversee daily operations of the Intelligence Factory, ensuring efficient workflow from data intake to insight delivery. </li><li>Project Management: Prioritize and manage a portfolio of analytics and reporting initiatives; ensure alignment with business priorities and resource availability. </li><li>Stakeholder Partnership: Act as the primary liaison between business units and analytics teams to define requirements, clarify objectives, and validate deliverables. </li><li>Process Optimization: Design and continuously improve standardized processes, tools, and templates for data intake, analysis, and reporting. </li><li>Data Quality & Governance: Ensure adherence to data governance standards and promote consistent, accurate data usage across all reporting platforms. </li><li>Performance Measurement: Develop and maintain KPIs for Intelligence Factory performance, delivery timelines, and customer satisfaction. </li><li>Team Leadership: Manage a cross-functional team of analysts, data engineers, and visualization specialists; coach and develop team members to enhance analytical capabilities. </li><li>Innovation & Automation: Drive adoption of AI, machine learning, and automation to accelerate insight generation and improve decision support. </li><li>Change Management: Partner with business units to promote a data-driven culture and ensure insights are effectively translated into action. </li></ul> <p>You will love it here if…</p> <ul> <li>You put safety first, always </li><li>You listen, learn, and evolve </li><li>You are passionate about collaboration, teamwork, and achieving shared goals </li><li>You treat all people with respect, operating ethically, and embrace inclusivity </li><li>You are committed to improving our impact on local communities </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>We need you to have:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or related field. </li><li>7+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics operations, or data program management. </li><li>Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional analytics or data teams. </li><li>Up to 25% travel required. </li><li>Proficiency in BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker). </li><li>Working knowledge of data warehousing, SQL, and cloud data platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP). </li><li>Familiarity with workflow and project management tools (Jira, Smartsheet, Asana). </li><li>Strong business acumen with the ability to translate complex analytics into actionable business insights. </li><li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. </li><li>Analytical mindset with a focus on efficiency, scalability, and continuous improvement. </li><li>Leadership presence with a collaborative and coaching-oriented approach. </li></ul> <p>Icing on the cake:</p> <ul> <li>Master degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or related field. </li><li>Strong background in project management (Agile or hybrid methodologies preferred). </li><li>Understanding of AI/ML concepts and data automation pipelines a plus. </li></ul> <p>Want to know more?
