This is a full-time, Monday-Friday role with the flexibility of working fully remotely. More than just a job, FBMM is a place to build a career and half of our staff have been with us for five or more years.</p> <p>Responsibilities Include:</p> <ul> <li>Accounts Payable/Receivable data entry </li><li>Credit Card/Road Cash reconciliations and journal entries </li><li>1099 research, preparation, and vendor W9 inquiries </li><li>Basic Tax Prep including Schedule B and Sales Tax filing </li><li>Prepare payroll using third party payroll software </li><li>Preparation of individual & corporate tax projections </li><li>Assist with day-to-day legwork involved with client real estate transactions, renovation projects, auto purchases, and other large purchases (business and personal) </li><li>Assist with insurance renewal </li><li>Special projects </li></ul> <p>This could be your dream job if you:</p> <ul> <li>You love working with numbers and are energized by helping creatives stay financially organized </li><li>You're self-motivated, organized, and can manage your daily workload independently </li><li>You thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle competing priorities with confidence </li><li>You're tech-savvy with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Adobe PDF tools </li></ul> <p>Education/Experience Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Minimum of 3+ years' experience as a full-charge bookkeeper </li><li>Proficient in QuickBooks </li><li>A minimum of two semesters of college-level accounting </li><li>A general understanding of the music industry is helpful but not required </li></ul>
