<p>Full-Time</p> <p>1318 Raleigh Ave</p> <p>Facilities/Security</p> <p>Nights</p> <p>16.2000 Through 24.2900</p> <ul> <li> <p>Rotating weekends, 7:00 p.m. - 2:30 a.m.</p> </li><li></li><li> <p>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</p> </li><li> <p>Distributes materials and supplies to hospital units and off campus locations.</p> </li><li> <p>Maintains par cart and supply inventory in storeroom and on assigned hospital units; participates in periodic cycle counts and annual physical inventory count.</p> </li><li> <p>Receives shipments from vendors; checks merchandise for accuracy and quantity, noting damages and/or discrepancies.</p> </li><li> <p>Prepares, verifies and enters data into the hospital information system.</p> </li><li> <p>Ensures cleanliness and neatness of the storeroom and other supply chain areas.</p> </li><li> <p>Maintains confidentiality of all materials and items being handled.</p> </li><li> <p>Performs other duties and tasks as assigned.</p> </li><li> <p>LICENSES AND/OR CERTIFICATIONS</p> </li><li> <p>None required.</p> </li><li> <p>MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to perform duties at a level typically acquired through completion of a high school diploma or GED.</p> </li><li> <p>Minimum of six months of warehouse/ supply chain experience required.</p> </li><li> <p>Medical Supply experience preferred.</p> </li><li> <p>Basic knowledge of data entry and /or PC training required.</p> </li><li> <p>Interpersonal skills necessary in order to communicate effectively with team members, various levels of management, and internal and external contacts.</p> </li><li> <p>Must be able to operate a cargo van.</p> </li><li> <p>Must meet the insurability policy requirements to drive a CHKD vehicle.</p> </li><li> <p>Must be able to pass the CHKD driving test within 30 days of employment.</p> </li><li> <p>Forklift certification must be obtained within 90 days of hire.</p> </li><li> <p>WORKING CONDITIONS</p> </li><li> <p>Warehouse environment with exposure to hot, cold, wet, humid or windy conditions.
