<p>JOIN OUR TEAM AND EXPERIENCE ENDLESS CAREER POSSIBILITIES</p> <p>IF YOU ARE AN EXISTING TEAM MEMBER, PLEASE CLICK THE FOLLOWING LINK TO BE TAKEN TO THE INTERNAL CAREER SITE: MOHEGAN INTERNAL CAREER SITE</p> <p>Position Summary:</p> <p>This position is responsible for monitoring the pool facility area, assisting guests that are using the facility and ensuring positive and friendly guest relations.</p> <p>Primary Duties and Responsibilities: includes but not limited to:</p> <ul> <li>Greets guests in a warm and sincere manner </li><li>Monitors the pool area and enforces the rules and regulations </li><li>Sets-up and organizes the pool deck furniture and equipment </li><li>Issues and collects pool towels and maintains towel inventory </li><li>Provides detailed information about Mohegan Sun, its property and the surrounding area to the guests </li><li>Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the entire pool area, including the restrooms </li></ul> <p>Secondary Duties and Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Contacts Security immediately during emergency situations </li><li>Assists the Food and Beverage staff, as needed </li><li>Assists the Spa staff, as needed </li></ul> <p>Minimum Education and Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma or equivalent </li><li>One year of experience in a front line guest service position </li><li>Must be able to effectively communicate in English </li></ul> <p>Competencies: Incumbent will master the following competencies while in this position:</p> <ul> <li>Good written and verbal communication skills </li><li>Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills </li><li>Knowledge of pool rules and regulations </li><li>Extensive knowledge of the property and local areas and destinations </li><li>Possesses a high level of maturity to deal with the most discriminating guest requests and requirements </li></ul> <p>Training Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Knowledge of systems used by Hotel Operations </li><li>Must obtain and maintain CPR certification </li></ul> <p>Physical Demands and Work Environment:</p> <ul> <li>Must be able to stand, walk, reach, bend or sit for extended periods of time </li><li>Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. </li><li>Must be able to work various shifts and flexible hours </li></ul> <p>This is not necessarily an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, requirements or working conditions associated with this job.
