<p>Job Description</p> <p>Infosys is seeking Senior Product Owner with good working experience in Healthcare Domain. As a Senior Product Owner, you would Lead, collaborate with, and motivate a cross-functional team to ensure goals and objectives are accomplished in alignment with product roadmap and funding parameters. You are Accountable for the product backlog and prioritization of user stories with team members. Partners with Scrum master's in supporting Scrum Framework and develop a deep understanding of the customer and product needs.</p> <p>You will be an expert contributing to different phases of the consulting lifecycle. You will be intensely involved in business process consulting; you will define the problem, propose and create the solution. You will also play an important role in the development, configuration and deployment of the overall solution. You will guide teams on project processes, deliverables and contribute to the proposal development, client training and internal capability building and help detail the project scope. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.</p> <p>Required Qualification:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education. </li><li>At least 11 years of experience in Information Technology. </li><li>Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Hartford, CT or be willing to relocate to the area. </li><li>All applicants authorized to work in the United States are encouraged to apply. </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualification:</p> <ul> <li>Strong experience in US Healthcare IT </li><li>Strong knowledge of Plan Sponsor & Product, Enrollment & Billing, Provider Data Management, Provider Network Management, Claims, Encounters, Medicare and Marketplace Risk Adjustment </li><li>Expertise in US Government Program Line of Business - Medicare, Medicaid, Duals, Marketplace </li><li>Experience working with industry leading Claims, Billing or EHR systems. </li><li>Must have Agile Product Development Methodology </li><li>Create Journey Maps that re-imagine/re-define the healthcare problematic process areas </li><li>Strong understanding of product management and agile best practices and quality improvement principles </li><li>Participate in Scrum Planning ceremonies and lead refinement sessions as needed </li><li>Identify the product's defining features/specifications and manage the product backlog (epics, features, and user stories) that will define product delivery priorities and timeline. </li><li>Lead the team to deliver a finished product by working closely with customer stakeholders, product owner, data scientists, and other stakeholders in an agile environment. </li><li>Lead, collaborate with, and motivate a cross-functional team to ensure goals and objectives are accomplished in alignment with product roadmap and funding parameters </li><li>Influence the planning and prioritization of the work being done. </li><li>Collaborate with the customer stakeholders to align on priorities and validate product fitment to client needs. </li><li>Experience with SQL and other DB concepts. </li><li>Produce results-oriented strategies to solve complex and open-ended business problems </li><li>Experience in Market Analysis and Product fitment </li><li>Take responsibility for ensuring success of all product releases and implementations </li><li>Drive experimentation by working with design on prototypes and user research. </li><li>Support Sales and Marketing </li><li>Contribute to a collaborative culture that embraces inclusivity and diversity. </li><li>Has a proactive can-do attitude. </li></ul> <p>The job entails an extensive amount of travel.
